Accomplishment: As a publishing consultant, I have mentored thousands of nurses across the country, opening opportunities for them to publish. Being Editor of the nation’s first Emergency Care book (1973)
Best: Helping nurses to believe in their potential, achieve the passion, and make a difference in the image building of nursing.
Worst: Having to remind authors about critical deadlines.
Amusing: On multiple occasions, unsolicited manuscripts would come forth, filling the exact need of an issue.

Strangest request: I view each request as a possibility.
If not editor?: Be an innovator in policy development, program certification and prison reform for women within the system.
Relax?: Going to the theatre, enjoying a good concert, seeing a good movie, spoiling myself with a massage, pedicure and manicure.
