What is the best thing about being an Editor? Being able to influence the field in a substantive way.
What is the worst thing about being an Editor? When I need to say something to a reviewer (a colleague) about a mean spirited review.
Share an amusing story about editing. I remember the days of sending out all the review requests in a manilla envelope (and hoping that the person receiving it would do the review).

What is the strangest request a potential author has ever made of you? Someone once sent me a manuscript that was my own work plagerized! She had copied (word for word) pieces of my master's thesis.
