Best: Seeing a manuscript, especially a very challenging one, eventually develop into a publishable paper. Presenting publishing sessions for faculty and clinical nurses.
Worst: Keeping on a timeline. Making a recommendation to reject a manuscript. Author that does not follow any directions or feedback.
Amusing: So far (because I'm still new at this), I like the fact that I can sometimes sit at home and do this while still in my pajamas
Strangest Request: Nothing yet.
3 words: Hard working, organized, persistent, and thoughtful. Combination of right and left brain, but not always in the right amount at the right time.
