Best: Having a role in directing and developing the field of study (health care management), and making a contribution to the development of scholars.
Worst: Handling submissions when the egos of authors is involved, having to reject international submissions that are underdeveloped, and having to read bad, really poorly done manuscripts.
Amusing: None so far...
3 words: Smart, artistic, good colleague
If not editor?: Travel and work in international environments to improve health care systems and the education of nurses.
Relax?: Gardening and meditation, but not at the same time. I also do tai chi and stained glass.
