Accomplishment:  Developing  a Business Case to the Publishers to set up the Nurse Education in Practice journal

Best thing about being an Editro: Developing and supporting scholarship in nursing education internationally

Worst thing about being an Editor: Having to reject papers that have potential but are not good enough to publish — insufficient time to help authors develop their papers to the required standard.

3 words colleagues use to describe me: motivated, enthusiastic, supportive

What I would you like to do if I were not an editor? What I already do : write books  and support scholarly development of others as well as engaging in research projects related to the teaching-research nexus .

How do I relax? Reading , travel and engaging in activities with grandchildren ( Being transported to children's view of the world !!!)
