Accomplishment: We started publishing the journal to fill a gap in the Italian Nursing profession, that has never had before a specific scientific journal in the field of children nursing. I am very proud of the unexpected number of subscription received in this first year of work and the high number of manuscripts submitted.
Best: Opportunities to enter in contact with colleagues and to share ideas increased tremendously
Worst: Spare time vanished !
Amusing: We were sent the raw data of a study, with request to prepare the manuscript for the "author".
