INANE: International Academy of Nursing Editors
INANE is an international collaborative – a collective of nursing editors and publishers focused on meeting the practice, research and education needs of the nursing profession. Our primary mission is to promote best practices in publishing and high standards in the nursing literature. For more information about how INANE functions, go to our "about" page.
We provide resources to assist nursing editors and publishers in reaching high standards and best practices in the publishing of nursing journals, books, and Web-based literature.
We encourage nursing editors and publishers to use our email list, and become a fan on our Facebook site to promote collaboration in meeting our goals. Editors, be sure you are included on our "Who's Who" list!
The annual conference is held in July or August each year. At least every third year we hold our conference in a location other than North America. Nursing editors and publishers from around the world are welcome to attend!
